Felix SCC Pty Ltd (NDIS Provider Number 4050175178, ABN 86 702 398 196, ACN 702 398 196) is a registered NDIS provider of Support Coordination and Connection Services. Contact: contact@felixscc.au.
What we collect
Depending on your enquiry or engagement, we may collect:
- identity and contact details (name, phone, email, address)
- NDIS participant number and plan-related information needed for coordination
- goals, preferences, communication needs, and support networks (with consent)
- health, disability, and risk information relevant to safe coordination
- records of meetings, calls, emails, provider connections, and progress notes
- website or form information you submit voluntarily

- to deliver Support Coordination and Connection Services
- to connect you with suitable providers (with your involvement and consent)
- to meet legal, NDIS, and safeguarding obligations
- to manage complaints, feedback, and quality improvement
- to communicate with you about your engagement
Who we share with
We only share personal information when needed for your services or required by law, for example:
- providers you choose to engage
- plan managers, NDIA, or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission where required
- advocates, nominees, or family members you authorise
- IT and records systems that support our operations (with appropriate safeguards)
We do not sell personal information. Related Felix Group entities only receive information where that is necessary for a disclosed purpose and consistent with this notice and your consent.
Storage and security
We store information in systems designed for confidential client records and limit access to people who need it for their role. No system is perfect; we take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct your personal information by emailing contact@felixscc.au. We may need to verify your identity. In limited cases we may refuse access where the law allows; if so, we will explain why.
Complaints about privacy
Contact us first via complaints and feedback. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
