Changing your coordinator

You can leave or change at any time

If Felix SCC is your Support Coordination and Connection Services provider and you want a different coordinator or organisation, tell us. We will not penalise you for choosing someone else.

How we help the transition

• confirm your decision in writing (email is fine)
• agree an end or handover date
• prepare a handover summary of goals, connections, open actions, and risks (with your consent)
• share agreed information with your new coordinator or provider
• close our file in line with privacy and record-keeping rules

This sits within the Evaluate phase of our G.U.I.D.E methodology.

Changing coordinator inside Felix SCC

If you want a different Felix SCC coordinator (for example due to availability or fit), email contact@felixscc.au. We will discuss options and arrange a warm internal handover where possible.
